What are your operating hours?
Our Customer service hours are 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are available 24/7 for ride reservations as long as we have enough notice for the request.

Yes, we offer an array of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you have other dietary requirements, please inform your server, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Where are you Located?
We are based in Palatka, FL with a service area of Northeast & Central, FL regions. We are typically working in Jacksonville in the morning, Palatka in the afternoon and St. Augustine in the evenings.
Do you do rides to and from Airports & Train Stations?
Absolutely! You can order online through our website or by calling us. We offer rides to any location within reason from Palatka & St Augustine.
